Martin knew what he was looking for in the North West portion of the Idaho Panhandle. he was quite patient in his search. I worked with him for over a year as new home possibilities would come available for sale. Finally the beginning of 2014 brought a home that Martin felt would be just right for him, his wife and family. An offer made and accepted. Many obstacles, in escrow, along the way were cleared by the listing agent. The 3,900 sq. ft. home, on 40 acres, successfully closed.
