Prospective clients will come to me from out of area.  They want 10 to 20 acres and backed up to forest service land. Coming from populated cities they just do not understand... Sandpoint Idaho and surrounding areas have open areas within minutes of most anywhere you choose to live.  Here is an example with my drizzly walk with Halley in Selle Valley area, Sandpoint Idaho this morning while I had my oil changed.

With all the gorgeous mountain ranges, rivers, lakes and wildlife in North Idaho one would have to think the author of this post must be crazy.  And yet it is true.  The Department of Motor Vehicles, Bonners Ferry Idaho is a must see!
I remember even the 'small town' of Truckee California a trip to the DMV could be a 2 hour ordeal.  San Fernando Valley area in California nothing less than a nightmare, along with Reno Nevada area.
