Sandpoint Realty coverage extends from North of Bonners Ferry Idaho, Canadian Border, to Coeur D'Alene Idaho. East from Clark Fork to Priest River western most. Basically all the North Idaho Panhandle. Someone when seeing this photo of a fixer upper would immediately imagine it to be miles away from anything, on a long lonely highway. To the contrary this is within Sandpoint City limits and actually less than a mile from Downtown Mainstreet of Sandpoint Idaho. There is little more be said about this week's Sandpoint Realty 'Thursday Thought' than the quote itself. lol I just got back from a 15 hour spur of the moment emergency drive to see my brother. I left 2 days later, making the same 15 hour drive, from Reno Nevada to Sandpoint Idaho, shaking my head in bewilderment most of the way. Oddly enough - I would turn around today and do the same if needed.
