Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag unfortunately showing both the beauty of neighboring state of Washington vs how the skies are presently with the devastating Spokane Fires currently burning.
USA Flag photo is as one heads north from Wenatchee, Washington towards the beautiful Bavarian Town of Leavenworth Washington.
Along with the river flowing next to the highway there are quite a few fruit stands along the way. Stopping at anyone of them makes for a pleasant experience.

With this being the final Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag of July, I thought I'd treat you to a two-for-one. These are some of my favorite Friday Flag photos, as there's something especially meaningful about seeing Old Glory proudly flying over a construction site.
The primary photo features Old Glory flying proudly atop one of two cranes at a major construction project along Interstate 90, between Highway 95 in Coeur d'Alene, Idaho and Highway 41 in Post Falls, Idaho. Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag special this week for a couple different reasons.
While I enjoy every one of my Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag photographs, this one holds a particularly special place in my heart. A former client who has since become a very close friend proudly displayed their patriotism over the Fourth of July holiday—and I was fortunate enough to capture it.

Sandpoint Realty 'Friday Flag' offers a different view than most.
On a recent quick getaway I looked down from our 9th floor Spokane Washington Hotel room window. 'Ole Glory' flying directly below ! Obviously I was quite pleased.
And so we have a very unique view for this week's Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag. And for a bit more perspective this pole is in the ground and not hanging from building. Wind was sharp and brisk.

Sandpoint Realty 'Simply Sunday' moves us forward with the New Year 2026.
With my morning mocha in hand and a quiet moment to reflect, I’m aware that today brings our holiday season to a close. Tomorrow, we transition into the working days of 2026, ready for what lies ahead.
Looking back at 2025 my biggest head shaker is how quickly change comes at us anymore. I personally seem to get in and comfortable with a necessary new item and it becomes obsolete a month later.

To start 2026 Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag I am quite pleased with the location I found this USA Flag. In Hayden Idaho Yokes between the Milk and Ice Cream. Perfect...lol.
For those who have been following my Friday Flag posts for awhile you will probably remember another of my favorites at this same Yokes location. A boy running thru the farming fields with both hands holding 'Ole Glory' above his head.

Sandpoint Realty’s Friday Flag highlights a welcome sight—something we’ve virtually been without all December. See what’s flying this week in Priest River Idaho.
On our way to open house for Inspector I had to stop for this shot. Ole Glory always looks good with the white backdrop.
Little did I know, at the time, the white was going to be gone shortly due to the heavy December rains we experienced in North Idaho, along with many other states.
As you can see this is out and away from any homes. Thank you Priest River Idaho resident for proudly flying our USA Flag.

Sandpoint Realty 'Simply Sunday' gives light to the unusual weather visiting us this winter winter season.
Even Frosty could not hold up to the brutal North Idaho rain and wind storms this year. I set him upright once, along with others, but the 2nd time down, the very next day, and additional winds forecasted, I let it be for the season.
In taking down the 2025 Christmas Decorations I can not help but be a bit disappointed that Frosty spent most of his time curled up on the ground. It did not matter how well tied down. The winds were just too strong, … (8 comments)

When driving through Bonners Ferry Idaho, on many different occasions, I have noted this flag and not stopped for a photo.
Yet on this particular day the wind was blowing just right to capture our USA Flag and business sign as well. Thank you Bonners Ferry Idaho business for proudly flying 'Ole Glory' for local, and visitors, to enjoy.

Like it or not I am guessing we all have experienced the frustration, and anger, of not getting a promotion, having a product chosen over your, an idea ignored, and all to an obviously inferior product, or less capable person.
The difference being how the person or the product was promoted. Far too many time the lesser qualified person, or mediocre product will win out because of either being having done a better job of promoting itself.

Sandpoint Realty had a listing appointment yesterday. Perfect for the season, and for me, when Rain Silverhawk showed up she was overwhelmed with all the custom wood carvings and attention to detail.
Also knowing my affinity for Christmas Decorations, especially Frosty, Rain brought me this latest addition to my ever growing collection of outside decorations.
No Christmas goes by that I don't think back on my supervisor, Halley. So needed to include her in this 1st Holiday Season Sandpoint Realty Simply Sunday.
