I just got back from a 15 hour spur of the moment emergency drive to see my brother. I left 2 days later, making the same 15 hour drive, from Reno Nevada to Sandpoint Idaho, shaking my head in bewilderment most of the way. Oddly enough - I would turn around today and do the same if needed.

Sandpoint Realty 'Monday Motivation' brings forth an exercise in work ethics that seems to have long ago been passed by.
This is an incredible time, an opportunity rarely seen if ever before, for those willing to work. North Idaho streets and advertising pages are filled with 'now hiring' 'help wanted' 'hiring bonus' signs...as I am sure is the case nationwide.
From employers and hiring agencies, we are also hearing that employees are expecting to be hired on at rates exceeding those of present employees with years of experience.
