I am confident we have all witnessed 'greed' grow to an unbelievable level over this past year to two years. I am curious when it will slow down. I have been in the business too long to think it will ever completely stop. Greed - Just as harmfull as any addiction, is costing people thousands of dollars, their well being, and that of those around them.

During this Sandpoint Idaho Sellers Market we have seen many homes come on the market with no preparation at all. It is unfortunate when a seller does not take the time and a little effort to better show their home in its best light.
We are starting to see price reductions more often as well as sold prices far under asking price. Granted the homes sell, but does a seller not want the most money possible for their home?

"Jupiter Ascending" was a very pleasant surprise. I did not realize until getting to the theater the main character was Channing Tatum. For you ladies that appreciate a nice body he is shirtless about half the movie. Cut and lean of old. And I had to look up the actress, Mila Kunas, because I just did not recognize her. I will have to find "Friends with Benefits" again. I enjoyed the first time and most likely will more so the second time because of her. Fixing my oatmeal this morning, and waiting for the water, to boil I had a moment for thought. I realized I had been fixing oatmeal for years and until the last year or so had fought pouring the oats from the large opening into the measuring cup, especially when newly opened.

I started Active Rain mid year 2014. I was fortunate in having come to Active Rain via Rain Silverhawk 's invitation and guidance. She also was there to answer immediate questions.

Sandpoint Idaho Monday Movie Review - 'American Sniper'
"American Sniper" surprised me. A Warner Brothers / Malpaso endeavor I was pretty sure I was going to enjoy the movie. I was not at all disappointed there. What I was not expecting was learning some things I did not realize prior to this movie. I believe, at least on my part, when we hear the word 'Sniper' we picture someone crawing thru the deep brush and jungles and alone for days on end to accomplish a mission. This film brought to light a completely different meaning.

I must admit this is not your everyday sighting even in Sandpoint Idaho. I am betting we see it much more frequently than most anywhere else. Do keep in mind this is not on the far reaches of town. Highway 2 and Division near the Sandpoint High School and Civic Center.
And with closer inspection of picture I believe no Jaywalking is involved and moving on green light.
