Sandpoint Realty 'Friday Flag' offers a different view than most. On a recent quick getaway I looked down from our 9th floor Spokane Washington Hotel room window. 'Ole Glory' flying directly below ! Obviously I was quite pleased. And so we have a very unique view for this week's Sandpoint Realty Friday Flag. And for a bit more perspective this pole is in the ground and not hanging from building. In Hayden Idaho Yokes between the Milk and Ice Cream. Perfect...lol. Sandpoint Realty’s Friday Flag highlights a welcome sight—something we’ve virtually been without all December. See what’s flying this week in Priest River Idaho. On our way to open house for Inspector I had to stop for this shot. Ole Glory always looks good with the white backdrop. Little did I know, at the time, the white was going to be gone shortly due to the heavy December rains we experienced in North Idaho, along with many other states. As you can see this is out and away from any homes. Thank you Priest River Idaho resident for proudly flying our USA Flag.

Sandpoint Realty 'Simply Sunday' gives light to the unusual weather visiting us this winter winter season. Even Frosty could not hold up to the brutal North Idaho rain and wind storms this year. I set him upright once, along with others, but the 2nd time down, the very next day, and additional winds forecasted, I let it be for the season. In taking down the 2025 Christmas Decorations I can not help but be a bit disappointed that Frosty spent most of his time curled up on the ground. It did not matter how well tied down. Like it or not I am guessing we all have experienced the frustration, and anger, of not getting a promotion, having a product chosen over your, an idea ignored, and all to an obviously inferior product, or less capable person. The difference being how the person or the product was promoted. Sandpoint Realty 'Simply Sunday' shows off a new little item for my outside decorations. Sandpoint Realty had a listing appointment yesterday. Perfect for the season, and for me, when Rain Silverhawk showed up she was overwhelmed with all the custom wood carvings and attention to detail. Also knowing my affinity for Christmas Decorations, especially Frosty, Rain brought me this latest addition to my ever growing collection of outside decorations. Sandpoint Realty 'Simply Sunday' moves us from Thanksgiving weekend into December Christmas Holidays. Any more it seems virtually impossible to wait until the day after Thanksgiving to get Christmas Decorations up. This hallway of Spokane Washington Hotel shows just a small portion of the decorations up for Thanksgiving visitors. Beautiful but obviously a tremendous amount of time and energy put into just this one hallway. I for one definitely enjoyed the Christmas Decorations as we transitioned from Thanksgiving to Christmas Holidays. The last 'November' Sandpoint Realty 'Friday Flag' definitely moves us from the Thanksgiving Weekend to Christmas Holiday's. As you know by now one of my favorite towns to visit, when taking a short break from North Idaho, is the small Bavarian Christmas town of Leavenworth Washington. Half full or half empty do not take meaning until one actually has that cup or glass in hand.
