As the Sandpoint Idaho temps grow cooler, high 30's to mid 40's at night, the leaves turn simple landscapes into an artist's canvas.
I must be honest, I went back and forth in posting this. The heart ache of Helene with all the damage that will take years, if ever, to replace has me feeling a bit guilty posting this type of beauty.

Sandpoint Realty 'Friday Flag' this week probably has more exposure to visitors and locals than 90% of the other Sandpoint Realty 'Friday Flags'.
When going to Schweitzer Ski Resort and having turned off Highway 95 onto Schweitzer Cutoff Road one comes to this round-about about 1/2 mile from Highway 95. Schweitzer being a year round activity resort means visitors year round coming this direction.
The other exit from the turn-about is Boyer which not only eliminates having to drive through downtown Ponderay and Sandpoint Idaho, it takes you by the Sandpoint Idaho Airport as well.

Sandpoint Realty 'Friday Flag' delayed last week, yet I am very pleased to get it out at all.
At a time that costs are skyrocketing it is nice to still have businesses that offer reasonable pricing. Blackwell Appliances offers slightly ding'd items at very worthwhile savings.
I was able to purchase this 18 cu. ft. fridge for $500. And even better it was an overstock item so no dings or damages.
Thank you Beau, at Blackwell Wholesale Appliances, for not only offering these prices to help when $$$ again becoming more and more important, but also proudly flying our 'Stars and Stripes'.

Not 20 feet from the porch was this good looking fellow. Fortunately I had my phone camera which I do profess not to go out the door without...just for this reason.

Sandpoint Realty 'Friday Flag' is fun this week with some new visitors that have been showing up on a regular basis.
We have been having some gorgeous weather lately in North Idaho, and these little guys chose not only to visit but to show some patriotism by basking in the early morning sun under the 'Stars and Stripes'. Found Sandpoint Realty 'Friday Flag' on a quick 'gots to getaway' trip this past weekend.
After a long day of sight seeing and driving wanted something quick and easy. I had not noticed the flag banners flying until having ordered and moving towards the drive thru window. Nice. Thank you Wenatchee Washington for flying our 'Stars and Stripes'.
