Good evening everyone, I have a deal going with a listing agent that will remain nameless but I have been workiing with him as me being the buyers agent for 1 month now. My first engagement with him was by phone after the intial call he never answered his phone anymore. The only way he communicates is by texting and we are in escrow by texting alone.
