There is a new technology that does everything SMS/text and QR codes can do but more and better. You put a specialized wi-fi router inside the home for sale. When potential buyers approach the home, they are sent an SMS/text message with a virtual tour link and other info about the home. They don't need to text a keyword to a short code are scan a QR code. it also is great for open houses.
