The Rite Aid drug store, next to Ralphs at the corner of Ellis and Brookhurst in Fountain Valley, is one of the reasons Fountain Valley is" A Nice Place to Live". I do not know maybe it is a corporate ploy to get costumers to come back but if it is it works. That is knowing your custumers by name and making them feel important. The pharmacy staff is great. Chicago Ribs Took the family to Chicago Rib's on Saturday night to find out what made them Chicago ribs and to taste the sauce that I heard was so good. I asked what made them Chicago Ribs but the waitress did not have a clue. The sauce the little bit that was on the ribs was pretty good. The ribs were good not great. This is kind of an orphaned corner because on three sides it is residential. This corner is more of a neighborhood strip mall with the market pizza shop and Ice Cream hang out. It is the type of place you run into your friends from church or little league team. Chicago Ribs restaurant is there.
