Caloosa is getting back in the swing of the market!  We started the first part of the year a bit slowly, but we are catching up to our normal pace.
 
Of the 6 Mark has helped with 3 of the transactions as well has selling the property with the highest price per square foot too!
 
Currently there are 4 under contract and Mark is helping with 2 of those as well!
