Naples Waterfront Homes Update- The Waterfront Market continues to slide, albeit at a much slower pace than in prior periods. Park Shore and the Moorings are showings slow gains, Port Royal is beginning to level out. Royal Harbor and Aqualane Shores are dropping consistently every month. I held an Open House yesterday at 1693 Bonita Ct. and had good traffic, which was a nice sign. Bonita Ct. is the least expensive listing in Royal Harbor, and has over 130' of Canal Frontage, almost 2X as much as the typical 80-85' of frontage for Royal Harbor.
