There are currently 26 homes for sale. 6 homesnew to the market; 1 traditional sale condos, 1 traditional sale detached homes. 2 homeswhich went active under contract or pending; 1 traditional sale town homes & 1 traditional sale detached homes. 1 homes closed; 1 traditional sale detached homes.
