Palm Beach, Florida PLEASE REMIT UPON RECEIPT Irving Picard, the bankruptcy trustee liquidating Bernie Madoff's assets, has asked a judge to pay him and his law firm, Baker & Hostetler, another $43.2 million for fees and expenses incurred from Oct. 1, 2010, to Jan. 31, 2011. That's right. Four months. Picard spent 955 hours - at a pricey $748 per - on the matter, and his law firm logged 116,399 hours at $371 per, according to the New York Post. Then there's the $1.1 million in expenses.
