Customer Inquiries... And The Survey Says Just this week I put a rental listing under lease but before I did this listing was blowing up my phone and email with customer inquiries. Now that it is leased I decided to see from what direction on the web the inquiries were coming from. Quite frankly I was surprised. Why you may ask? Well it seems when I hear anyone speak about customer inquiries (leads) they mention Zillow.com, Trulia.com and Realtor.com in that order.
