When most people think of Valentine’s Day, they envision dozens of red roses, love cards with flowery words of affection, heart shaped boxes of delicious chocolates, long walks in the park hand in hand, candlelight romantic dinners………. Yeah, my wife hates all that. Except maybe the chocolate. Now before you go thinking unkind thoughts about my seemingly ungrateful bride, let me explain.
