One of our biggest jobs here at Martin Presence is Resident Retention. A high rate of turnover costs you income and is a big red flag of poor property management. A person’s home or office is his castle even if it is a rental, and he expects others to respect that. When a client pays his rent, he expects his home, apartment, or office to be safe and to have everything in working order. He also expects his account to be handled accurately.
