Well President Obama made it official! He signed the documents into law yesterday allowing the 1st time buyer credit to be extended and also allowed for REPEAT buyers to purchase a home and receive a tax credit also! Please feel free to contact me for more information and let me see if I can hel...

Well, we've got some more relief for our industry. (pending our Presidents signature) First time buyers AS WELL AS move up buyers will be able to enjoy the extended tax credits!!! Word on the street is that it will NOT be extended again. So, if you've been riding the fence waiting for more money...

I don't know about the rest of you, but I think it sure would have been nice to have had our ODOT have the highway and exit projects DONE prior to the opening of the Outlet Mall in Monroe.... However, the added jobs and boom to the local economy is most welcomed!
