In the early stages of a housing market recovery, HUD is pulling the plug on it's Owner Occupant incentives. This will take effect this week, unless they do an "about face" and decide to keep them intact. The incentives are HUGE for people who are in the market to purchase a HUD owned home. Of course with many types of incentives, they may re-appear once their sales suffer as a result of their decision to do away with them. The odd thing was, Fannie Mae announced new buyer incentives of 3.5% of closing costs on their products right after HUD made (0 comments)
incentives: Ohio's SWEEPING tax INCENTIVES for investors and businesses...

I recently wrote about Ohio eliminating corporate taxes. That is the most exciting news that I've head in a very long time. I just feel compelled to bring it up again. The more people talk about it and the more attention it gathers, the more likely that some of the right people will read/hear about it and begin putting their money and efforts back into the state. Obviously, Ohio wants to attract businesses and investors. I have very high hopes that I'm going to start selling more houses to people from all over the country now as well. The new tax (1 comments)

I've been very busy building and revitalizing my new website with Real Living Realty Services. I am determined to be your number one source for finding homes. I've added a lot of fresh new content and useful pages in order to enable you to search for properties and shorten the amount of time that you spend on the Internet looking for your next home purchase. I can set up automatic searches for you and it doesn't cost you a dime. Please keep in mind, I am only licensed in the State of Ohio and cannot set up these searches for you (1 comments)

I don't know about the rest of you, but I'm so busy with buyers that some days I literally get enough time to eat one meal for the day. I know, I know, it's a horrible problem to have. LOL. Actually, I'm very grateful to the government for their efforts in curbing the housing market crisis. The main thing that concerns me though, is what might happen once all of the "incentives" disappear. It reminds me of the auto industry on how accustomed the customers became to the incentive programs that bombarded the industry for years. We can all appreciate the (5 comments)
