indian hill oh homes: I Need Your Opinion Please

Fellow Realtors-
I would greatly appreciate your thoughts, advice and input on a simple question that I have.
I'm going to be listing a home very soon that is located in one of the top rated school districts in Ohio. The home is also located adjacent to a busy retail strip containing various businesses. (literally right behind a strip-center for one example)
I've spoken with the zoning folks and it sounds unlikely the home can be rezoned to commercial and even if it can be, it will be about a 6-month process. (my clients don't want to wait that long)

Southwest Ohio is one of the most populated regions regarding Ohio real estate markets between Dayton and Cincinnati and home to some tantalizing luxury communities with in-town or rural choices. If you’re not familiar with Ohio I’d love to point out some awesome places to look for luxury homes.

Here are three of my favorite Cincinnati real estate markets. I love these communities for the awesome luxury homes. Mason is a hot location with custom homes, West Chester has affordable luxury property. Indian Hill homes for sale are absolutely singular, no two homes are alike.
