A while back I composed an article on our site's real estate blog; Aging Parents and the Magnificence of a Duplex. investors: Ohio's SWEEPING tax INCENTIVES for investors and businesses...

I recently wrote about Ohio eliminating corporate taxes. That is the most exciting news that I've head in a very long time. I just feel compelled to bring it up again. The more people talk about it and the more attention it gathers, the more likely that some of the right people will read/hear about it and begin putting their money and efforts back into the state. Obviously, Ohio wants to attract businesses and investors. I have very high hopes that I'm going to start selling more houses to people from all over the country now as well. We as real estate professionals need to be well aware of our surroundings. You'd have to be vision impaired if you didn't notice what is going on all around us. I keep hearing people say, "I'm not selling a thing" or "this market sucks" and on and on... Well, I saw the writing on the wall awhile back and decided to make some changes in my career pathway.
