As a long term resident of Monroe Ohio, I can tell you that things couldn't be much brighter for the area's real estate industry. The nearby Cincinnati Premium Outlet Mall has brought several hundred jobs to the area as well as thousands of customers helping to pump additional capital to the city's tax coffers. I was busy blogging over a year ago about the pending opening of the outlet mall in Monroe Ohio. Well, due to the economy, several stores opened and some closed. However, the long term prospects for Monroe and it's businesses remains very good! Well, here's proof once again that blogging does gather attention. A local newspaper wanted to do a story about REO and foreclosed properties and the market in general in Monroe Ohio. A reporter called me and informed me that she was able to find me easily online and out of all of the Realtors in Monroe, my name stood out more than anyone else. With all of the doom and gloom in today's headlines; at least Monroe Ohio has something positive to boast about. They are on a continuous cycle of growth. If you don't believe me; check out the explosive project along the I-75 and St. Rt. 63 interchange. It's Monroe's latest and greatest! Cincinnati Premium Outlet center is growing as fast as the dandelions in my lawn during the spring! It is supposed to be open later this summer 2009.
