Well, I don't know who keeps saying that sales in the housing industry are dead... I am busier now than I've ever been. In my opinion, it REALY is the time to buy. Prices are down, inventory is more limited and interest rates keep dropping....what more do you want? I realize that different parts of the country are experiencing different markets. Here in SW Ohio, several of my colleagues are reporting the same information as I have. I'm sure we owe thanks also, for the mild winter!
