Yep, my sister in Nebraska, the GO BIG RED state, called and said kids were having a blast finding eggs and romping in the snow. Here in El Dorado County (between Sacramento and So. Lake Tahoe) it's a clear, sunny, gorgeous Saturday. Lots of egg hunts happening here too, mostly in fields of flowers and pastures....time to get out for a walk on our BEE-U-TIFUL bike trail....BUT FIRST: In real estate it's been two weeks of challenges. Those of us who are involved with Short Sales know there are at least 17 things to include when you submit an Offer to the bank. Placerville CA is located in El Dorado County in the foothills between Sacramento (state capitol) and So. Lake Tahoe, approximately 50 minutes to each one. GOLD in these here hills is what originally drew people here. It was discovered in an area 18 minutes away called Coloma CA at Sutter's Mill. So, what's the answer to the question above?
