Beyond having a structurally sound house with good mechanical systems, not much is more important than the curb appeal. Why? It's simple, if buyers don't like what they see from the curb they are not getting out of the car. According to the Houston Chronicle December 11, 2007, article written by Nancy Sarnoff, the White House plan for a five year freeze on some subprime mortgages interest rates will have little effect in Houston.
