If your answer to this question is yes, then I would like to suggest that you stop sending automated emails. I am not opposed to providing agents with feedback to help them work with their sellers, however, many of  these automated systems are too broad and ask for information that I personally find could compromise my fiduciary duties. The mere vagueness of the questionnaire, makes it is difficult to tell whether this is the opinion of you, the agent, or your buyer.  I am willing to provide feedback based on my opinion as a Realtor, not that of my buyer.  Information based on curb … (6 comments)

I find it incredible that many sellers don't even see their properties online once they sign the contract. Many agents tout the importance of an internet presence but fail to present your home in its best light.
Do you realize that there is a big difference in the quality and number of photos that agents present to the public? Are you aware of the difference between a well written description and just general facts?  What helps to make a property stand out is, the number of photos, the quality of the photos, and how well the home is described.  Blurry and … (5 comments)
