photos: Sellers have you seen your listing online?

I find it incredible that many sellers don't even see their properties online once they sign the contract. Many agents tout the importance of an internet presence but fail to present your home in its best light. Do you realize that there is a big difference in the quality and number of photos that agents present to the public? Are you aware of the difference between a well written description and just general facts? What helps to make a property stand out is, the number of photos, the quality of the photos, and how well the home is described. Blurry and … (5 comments)
