Armour Hills in Brookside -- a hot location for homebuyers this spring. Almost one half of the total homes sold this year so far in Armour Hills closed last month. And as you will see...prices continue to rise as compared to last year. Here are the May 2017 home sales for Armour Hills, and a comparison to last year.
