In fourteen years of serving people by facilitating a smooth transaction in real estate, something happened today that has never happened before. Lubbock is a growing city in Texas. Our economic growth is encouraging. Housing is affordable. The rate of unemployment is very low. Lubbock is a great city in which to live, work and play. Because of that, we have a great real estate market. Because we have a great real estate market, lots of people have decided to join the Realtor world. Lubbock, Texas. Home of the Texas Tech Red Raiders. Lubbock -- great place to live, work, attend college, raise a family. It is a place where you can easily find friends, get to know your grocery store butcher who will remember how you like your steaks cut, attend the First Friday Art Trail (click here), attend a Moonlight Musical (click here), have access to a wonderful medical community (Click here for more information about our medical community), and worship in any number of churches. We also like to spotlight Lubbock Christian University besides Texas Tech. Wayland Baptist College is about 40 miles (0 comments)

It is rather refreshing! Speaking of refreshing, I attended a conference that Stewart Title sponsored for the West Texas Home Builders Association. Dr. Ted Jones, Senior Vice President and Chief Economist was the speaker. He talked about several issues and how the economy was certainly struggling but if you have money to invest, real estate is the way to go. A really (2 comments)
