Residents and Commuters have experienced the daily delays on Amwell Road in Somerset, New Jersey. The road widening project has now been temporarily delayed. Remnants of a Blacksmith Shop where found near O'Connors Restaurant. There will be an evaluation to see if the findings are historically significant and impose a modification of the road work. The Blacksmith shop dated back to the American Revolution and was operated by a Teamster. The dig will be on hold for a few weeks so enjoy your smooth commute. … (1 comments)
