This is something cool that Xerox is doing:  If you go to this web site, http://www.letssaythanks.com/ , you can pick out a thank you card and Xerox will print it and it will be sent to a soldier that is currently serving in Iraq. You can't pick out who gets it, but it will go to some member of the armed services.
What an awesome idea! Wouldn't it be AMAZING if we could get everyone we know to send one!!!  This is one great site.

For the past 10 days the big to-do around Las Vegas is the use of an American Flag flying over a Hummer dealership.  The flag is oversized (60 feet by 30 feet).  A year ago the city of Las Vegas approved plans for the dealership to fly the flag on a 100-foot pole.  The deal was that at the base of the flagpole a memorial to military veterans was to be built.
