Do you as a prospective sellers (FBSO's, Expired, Etc) insist on pricing your home in an unrealistic price range? I personally make it a rule not to list anything that is more than 10% over priced. and I am sure that many other Realtors feel the same way. We find that if we do as the seller asks on pricing that the seller is generally hard-nosed and *I* end up being the ‘bad gal' in the deal. It's a waste of time/money/effort on my part. it's a waste of time/frustration on your part as the seller when we don't get much activity. There are situations (16 comments)
I just entered this picture in The Second Codger Carnival of Curb Appeal! and thought I would share it via a blog so everyone who does not normally visit their blog would see it. It was taken in AUGUST of 2004. If you've ever been in Vegas in AUGUST you know it's between 110 and 120 degrees! The seller packed up and left town with this on the curb...and guess who got the brunt of in???????? I had calls from neighbors, people driving by and the city coming in all weekend.
