Eighty miles north east of Las Vegas on the Utah/Arizona/Nevada border (just off Interstate 95) sits the small town of Mesquite. Until the last couple of years Mesquite was a tiny bedroom community with it's claim to fame being the Virgin River and a small outlet mall, more or less a quick stop on the way to Salt Lake City. Like most small communities in Nevada, Mesquite has gone through a growing spurt.
