Several years ago I earned a National Association of REALTORS® designation which better qualified me for working with a growing age group in this world - 55+. The Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES) classes taught us about the special needs of the senior citizen. Although I'm in this age group it is still good to be taught and know all of the special needs.
