Evernote and Moleskine have combined for a genius effort and have created smart notebooks. Are you using them yet?? I just ordered my smart notebook this morning and am really looking forward to testing this out. I'll post again as soon as I get mine and start playing with it. Essentially, you jot down your notes and then take a picture with your phone. Your note is automatically turned into a searchable digital file in your evernote account. The notebook also comes with stickers. When placed on your note page prior to photo taking, these stickers sort your notes into categories. … (3 comments)

Evernote... you may have heard of this incredible app. You may even have it downloaded. The big question is, are you truly getting the most out of this powerhouse of an app and utilizing it for every single one of your real estate needs? People in real estate tend towards being disorganized. Now, don't get me wrong... there are definitely some organized agents out there but the majority of us are sorely lacking when it comes to clean uncluttered desks, immaculately maintained file folders, and crisp clean notebooks.
