voice mail: My Pet Peeves of Real Estate Agents

In real estate time, I'm new to the industry. I've been licensed since 2005, so I'm still in that 3 year window. But more and more I notice little things that real estate agents do not do that I wonder "why do you do that?" They may be nothing, but when I run them through my marketing beliefs they make no sense. What do you think? 1) NO CONTACT INFO ON A YARD SIGN: There are some agents around here that have a habit of putting yard signs up with no phone number on them. I'm hoping this blog can bring some insight to fellow real estate professionals about the Northeast Ohio market. I'm hoping that my giving can help people learn as much as I want to learn.
