boca raton taxes municipal services: Boca Raton taxes are the some of the lowest in the area

Our fair city, Boca Raton, is a scenic enclave with an abundance of parks and municipal services, we have the most public beach access north of Fort Lauderdale, and in some places the parking is still free, admittedly not for much longer. That's one of the reasons I think it goes against a lot of folks intuition that we enjoy one of the lowest tax rates in our area. Each year the town distributes an accounting of the taxes collected and expenditures for the previous year. I've excerpted a page below, the entire brochure can be found here
