The market share captured by cash investors in several areas of Florida outnumber entire western states 3 to 1. 7 metropolitan areas in Florida are found within the top 10 nationally for this statistic; i.e., the economic influence cash investors yield throughout Florida is well above the national median. In general cash purchases are higher across the eastern states. The higher opportunity in Florida for buying real estate as a cash investor is apparent.
