Mortgage Rates are dropping fast...who knows how long this will last. Although you see some crazy stuff going on in the stock market and financial sector, it is still a great time to purchase a home or refinance your existing mortgage to get a lower payment or even leverage your equity to pay off debt that has a higher interest rate or to do necessary upgrades on your home. OK, so maybe you already own a home and have an interest rate of 6.25% or better (by the way, you can get a better rate right now). What about … (0 comments)
