Short term rentals - should they be allowed or not? What are your thoughts on short term rentals (STRs) in residential neighborhoods? We're all familiar with the concept of AirB&B, house sharing and house swapping, but how does it impact each of us? Are you someone who embraces the concept, and actually partakes as a landlord? Have you ever stayed in an STR for a few nights or weeks? Did you have a good or bad experience? I hear it a lot from prospective buyers... I just want a little shack in the jungle on Maui. Nothing fancy, just a roof over my head. With some land to grow some veggies, and a few fruit trees. Maybe a stream would be nice too...

Another great selection of new listings are available in Pukalani Maui, and they were available for agents to see on Nov. 17, 2016 at our monthly meet-up and Caravan event. Can I buy a home or business in Paia Maui? Everyone loves to come back to Paia Maui once they've visited this cute little beach town on the north shore. It's no wonder, with the beautiful sandy beaches, the cute plantation style buildings and shops, and lots of great restaurants too. Paia has a way of getting under your skin, in a good way.
