How about this view? Taken from up in Jacaranda Grove subdivision in Kula Maui HI. There are still some vacant lots for sale in the Jacaranda Grove and the adjoining Kulamanu neighborhood, starting at $235,000 for a third acre roughly. All the lots have ocean views, but some are way better and you can see both the north shore and south shore of Maui.

Yes I am spoiled, every day I get to see beautiful views like this when looking at properties for sale on Maui. These are all from upcountry Maui, which encompasses Kula, Pukalani, Makawao and parts of Haiku.
