I don't think words can express how delicious this was... a grilled papaya filled with a zesty salad and hot steak slices, drenched in lime juice. If you've been to Mama's Fish House Restaurant on Maui's north shore then maybe you've already tried this appetizer. I can't believe I hadn't tried it before. Now my mouth is watering just looking at the picture and I'm wondering what excuse I need to go back again for another great meal at Mama's.
