Are the appliances included with this new home? Yes of course, you think... It's common practice here in Hawaii that all the appliances are included with a home sale. Fridge, stove, washer and dryer - it's a given. But what about that water heater? In the Hawaii purchase contract there is a paragraph E-2 for inclusions, where you can check off the boxes for things like: refrigerator; range; microwave; washer; dryer; SOLAR WATER SYSTEM. But, there's NO other mention of a water heater. Some homes come with the usual electric water heater, some have solar water heaters, and some have on-demand propane … (9 comments)
