Residential sales Jan through April 2017:

How much can I get for my house and cottage on 2 acres in Haiku Maui? Recent sales.
With these parameters I'll tell you what has sold in the past 12 months here in Haiku Maui:
house and detached cottage 2-3 acres of land Haiku Maui HI 96708 not oceanfront There have been 15 sales and I'm removing the derelict REO half built home which sold and is now being flipped, which leaves us with 14 real comparable sales.  Of course there is a huge variation in things like square footage, quality, views, location etc.   Asking prices ranged from $569,000 - … (5 comments)

DOM = Days On Market
When I provide listing sheets to Maui buyers, they often ask, "what does DOM mean?".  DOM is the abbreviation for Days On Market, and on Maui that means the number of days since it was listed until it closes.  Here on Maui, we use the Paragon MLS system, which assigns the value of 0 to the first day of being listed.
