One is bank owned, two are short sales. In 2012 there were 108 sales of residential homes in this same area, ranging from $135,000 to $2,150,000. Land area ranged from 3,306 sf to 6.38 acres. 16 of the sales from last year were bank owned, and 16 were short sales. 1.
