Maui HI South Shore Condo Newsletter - March 2009I feel that the turning point is near. There are usually about 90 new condo listings in this category each month, and that hasn't changed much for years. This time there are only 70 new listings in Wailea, Kihei and Maalaea and I have to wonder if we've reached the bottom of the market. Or at any rate, we're running out of new inventory!------------------------------------------------------------1.
