Haiku Town Acres is a development by the people of West Maui Land Company, and it's been in the works for about 10 years. What's been selling up in Kula Maui this year to date? In March, upcountry sales were the biggest chunk of the Maui real estate market (excluding condos) as far as dollar volume goes.
