There are 8 Active listings ranging from $189,000 to $275,000.   No pending sales. Each lot is about 1/4 acre in size, and all come with a Maui County water meter. Days on Market varies from 37 days to 441 days.  The older listings are some of the original developer lots, which have all been reduced in price from when they came on the market.   2 have an ocean view.
