As a Realtor we get to tour beautiful luxury homes and get great ideas for how we would like to live and remodel our homes.
The old fashioned claw foot tubs always look great don't they? Especially when paired with some old world charm.
How about this dramatic copper tub set on some rustic looking tiles!

Two new listings over the weekend - pounding in the Hawaii Life signs
These new Hawaii Life yard signs are really great. They come apart and go together quite easily and they are lightweight. It's hollow plastic but looks like a solid wood sign post with the hanging sign below. There's a substantial ground stake that I can pound in myself with a good sledge hammer, and then just slip the sign over the stake and voila! Plastic and aluminum... that's what works here in Hawaii, in the sun, wind and rain.

We wrapped on the filming of my Hawaii Life TV show episode!
Last week was a busy week for me and my clients, with the filming of an episode for the HAWAII LIFE TV show. For those of you who don't know, HGTV has a house hunter show called HAWAII LIFE, and that's also the name of the real estate brokerage where I work. Hawaii Life Real Estate Brokers has had a lot of success with the show, and I find many people who absolutely love it and "watch it all the time!".

As a Realtor I get to see many beautiful homes and it's a nice way to get ideas if I ever decide to build another home. One thing I have learned is that my dream laundry room has to have certain features and upgrades. Here's my list:

Got my new wheels at Island Honda
It was time to upgrade my work car this year and once again I bought a new Honda.
The Honda Ridgeline rocks! I'm really happy with the features of this 4X4 truck that feels more like an SUV. There's plenty of room for me and 3 or 4 passengers, that means Maui home buyers! Lots of storage options too, for my mobile office, including a plug in for my laptop computer.
